Your Work is Talking

May-The-WorkMatthew 11:4 Jesus told them, “Go back to John and tell him what you have heard and seen— (NLT)

Sometimes demonstration is better than explanation. John the Baptist sent his followers to asked Jesus, “Are you the ONE or shall we look for another?” That very same hour, John the Baptist’s followers witnessed Jesus cure many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and to many that were blind He gave sight. The proof that Jesus was and is the ONE, the Messiah, was in the demonstration of His power. More specifically, Jesus made the blind see, the lame walk, cleansed the lepers, made the deaf hear, raised the dead, and preached the Gospel to the distressed. Know this beloved, Jesus declared that if you believe in Him, the work He did you will do also; and you will do greater works than these if you ask in His name. He will do it through you by the power of the Holy Spirit. The Williams Brothers sang a song entitled, “May the Work I’ve Done Speak for Me.” What will your body of work say about you? Don’t tell God, show Him.
