Angry God Appointment Cancelled?

app_cnclI Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

God does not want to pour out His anger upon us. The Day of the LORD is coming. Because Jesus has not returned yet, don’t allow yourself to be lulled to sleep, thinking that He is not coming. Along with the warnings that the LORD is coming, there are things you can do by the power of the Holy Spirit to escape God’s anger. 1.) Encourage and build up one another in the faith. 2.) Know and appreciate those who work with you and are over you for kingdom building. 3.) Live in peace with one another. 4.) Warn those who are idle and irresponsible concerning the things of God. 4.) Encourage the timid, help the weak, and be patient with everyone. 5.) Refuse to repay evil for evil. 6.) Always seek to do that which is good. 7.) Be conscious (glad) for God’s grace upon you. 8.) Pray continually. 9.) Give thanks in all circumstances. 10.) Stay on fire for God. 11.) Embrace prophesyings inspired by God. 12.) Examine all things by the word of God and hold on to that which is good. 13.) Avoid the appearance of evil. The list may seem overwhelming, but it is not difficult and well worth doing. You have the greater ONE, Holy Spirit, living in you to help you to meet God’s commands and avoid His anger in the Day of the LORD. Our salvation is in the LORD, Jesus Christ. Your appointment is not with the wrath of God.

Prayer for today: Father, you said, “All things are possible to them that believe”. I believe and I accept Holy Spirit’s help to ensure that the angry God appointment Satan scheduled for me is cancelled. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
