Get in the Bunker

soldier_in_bunkerPsalms 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

In wartime, a fortified, reinforced, mostly underground shelter with an overhead covering is used for protection and to fire at enemy soldiers. Unfortunately, they do not always provide the protection necessary to sustain life. But there is an impregnable, invincible, indestructible, secure place that you can go in wartime and in peacetime. Psalms tell us of this secret place. This place is hidden from the world. However, you are welcomed there. In truth, you are invited to stay continually and permanently and to make this place your home where you can sit down in peace. This place houses the Almighty’s divine providence of foresight and forethought. He sees victory in your present situation and has already seen past your situation into your future. He has already thought about you and created a strategy to give you a future and a hope. In this place is His divine protection. In the natural, a shadow is an image of something or someone that is seen when light is cast upon it and quickly disappears when the light is gone. The shadow casted by the Almighty God is a permanent, hovering, and all powerful covering designed to defend you. Under the shadow of the Almighty, your life is hidden in Christ Jesus. In this secret place is your provision. God will meet all your needs: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and materially or financially. God’s plan includes you making this place your habitation, you staying permanently with Him, and Him being your source of protection and provision. Go to that secret place. Get in the bunker with the Almighty God.

Prayer for today: Father, I receive your invitation with joy. Thank you for inviting me to dwell under your powerful shadow. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
