What is it That You Need?

Psalms 34:9 O fear the Lord, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.

What is it that you need?  The LORD promised to supply ALL your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  His name is Jehovah Jireh, which means the LORD will provide; He will see to it that your needs are met.  David needed deliverance from Absalom, his son who was seeking to kill him and take over his kingdom.  David needed food after he fled from Absalom.  The disciples needed money to pay taxes.  Israel needed salvation and a spiritual awakening.  David suggested that we do three things:  1.) Reverently fear the LORD.  2.) Open your mouth and taste and open your eyes and see how good GOD is.  Blessed are you who run to him. 3.) Worship GOD if you want the best; worship opens doors to all His goodness.  While others have needs, you who trust in the Lord will not lack any good thing.   God declares that you are the blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] when you run to Him for help.  What is it that you need? Ask in Jesus’ name and it shall be given to you.

Prayer for Today:  Father I have tasted and seen and I declare that you are good.  Thank you for supplying my need.  In JESUS name, AMEN.
