W-a-i-t!

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Wait!  Make no hasty decision based on fear (false evidence appearing real) or fatigue (tiredness).  The LORD is with you.  Don’t be discouraged; He is your God.  He will strengthen you.  He will help you.  He will uphold you with His right hand of righteousness.  Have you not known? Or have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not faint, or get weary?  He knows everything!  He knows your name and your needs. He gives power to the faint and He increases strength.  If you would but wait upon the LORD, He will renew your strength so that you won’t make a hasty decision because of fear or because you are tired.  Wait, listen and then make your decision based upon the truth of God’s word.  His word is truth; It is His opinion about everything that concerns you.

Prayer for today:  Father, I shall wait on you.  Thank you for strengthening me and helping me to make decisions according to your word.  In JESUS’ name, AMEN.
