Believe and Be Blessed

Luke 1-45 and 37Luke 1:45 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

Blessed is the person who believes what the LORD has spoken (promised) to him/her.  To truly believe is to have faith in God and to entrust your total well-being to Christ.  That is your spirit, soul peace (mind, will, and emotions), body and material and financial possessions.  Your total well-being.  When your focus and actions are directed toward Christ and His kingdom, He will take care of everything else.  Mary was told that she would give birth to the Son of God.  Seeing that she knew not a man, she believed God’s word and fully accepted it as truth.  Because she believed that God would do what He said, she was blessed.  God’s word is still truth.  As was the case with Mary, just because you believe and do not doubt His word spoken to you by Holy Spirit and or His written word, you too will be blessed.  There shall be a performance of those things, which were told to you from the LORD.

Prayer for today:  LORD, “I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24) Thank you for your blessings.  In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
