Water Under The Bridge

Mark 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

The past is the past; let it go. When time is spent rehearsing what someone did to you negatively, in the past, that is an indicator that unforgiveness has taken up residence in the heart. See what God sees. It is not the person; it is the spirit behind the person. Mark 11:24 says you can have what you say according to the word of God. However, unforgiveness is a hindrance to your prayers. So, be the bigger person, forgive if you are holding a grudge against anyone. God knows, and He has seen you plight. Forgive so that your heavenly Father may also forgive you. Consider the misdeeds as water under the bridge and do not allow it to effect your future. God has planned good things, yea even bigger things for you, but harboring unforgiveness disqualifies you to receive them.

Prayer for today: Father, this day, I allow the water currents to sweep unforgiveness under the bridge. I forgive so that I may be forgiven my trespasses and my prayers may be unhindered. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept his grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
