My Prayer for You
My Prayer for You
Hebrews 3:13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Can you honestly think of anyone who does not need to be encouraged or prayed for? Exhort in the Greek means to be of good comfort, to encourage, or to pray. Though Paul is addressing fellow Christians, everyone could use some exhortation when it comes to the revelation of Jesus Christ, the Saviour. We are to encourage, comfort, and pray for one another daily so that we are not beguiled or overtaken by Satan’s treachery as Eve was in the Garden of Eden. We express our love when we exhort one another. Exhortation is a command from God. Who will you exhort today?
Scripture References: Genesis 3:13
Prayer for today: I am asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. 18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. 19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. (Ephesians 1:17-19 NLT) In JESUS name, AMEN.
Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
Love
