The Benefits of Listening

Proverbs 4:1 Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding.

You don’t have to experience everything in life, neither was it God’s intent that you should experience negative things. In many instances, listening is a better option. When you listen for wisdom and understanding, it will help you develop good decision-making skills so that you may avoid the pit-falls in life. Should you listen and retain God’s words in your heart and be careful to do them, wisdom and understanding will preserve you, protect you, promote you, bring you honor, and give you an ornament of grace and a crown of glory. Don’t be hasty in your decision making. The wisest thing you can do is listen to receive from Holy Spirit, your Helper. He will give you the wisdom and understanding necessary to make good decisions and to live that long, abundant, worry-free, and prosperous life that you were designed to experience.

Prayer for today: Father my desire is to live that long, abundant, worry-free, and prosperous life that you intended for me to live. Therefore, I humbly attend to your words to get wisdom and understanding. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept his grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
