The Place to Go!

Nahum 1:7 The Lord is good. When trouble comes, he is the place to go! And he knows everyone who trusts in him! (Living Bible)

When trouble arises, many forget that God loves them and has already provided a means of escape and forgiveness for them.  Many are beguiled by Satan into thinking that running away from God is the only solution.  But God is omnipresent; everywhere they run to, God is already there.  Satan’s attacks are overt and covert.  His attacks include lies, accusations, guilt, and condemnation, which lead to worry, doubt, confusion, depression, anger, and a host of feelings and actions that will try to separate you from the love of God.  Jesus came to set us free from bondage in our spirit, soul, and body.   Give your troubles to the LORD and trust Him to take care of them.  Run to the LORD and partake of His goodness.

Prayer for today:   In you O’ LORD I trust.  I run to you to obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. You are my refuge and my fortress.  In JESUS name, AMEN.
