There is Nothing God Can’t Handle!

muscle arm and fist build-forearm-mass-strengthI Thessalonians 5:14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

(Continuation from the title: “Kick-Start the Joy Process”) Paul continued with number 17 of the 22 commands and admonitions to the brethren at Thessalonica.  17.) Pray always about all things. Unfortunately, too many believers believe that they should not bother the LORD about little things, so they do not pray about them.  First Thessalonians says to pray without ceasing.  Not only does that mean to maintain a prayer-like attitude continually, it also means to pray about everything all the time.   Scripture tells us that it is the little foxes that spoil the vine.  Did you not know that it is the little things that chew on you, like the little foxes in a vineyard that causes you to forsake your prayer life.  Also, visualize this, Satan and his cohorts are continually throwing little fiery darts at your armour trying to penetrate your soul (mind, will, and emotions) to disturb your peace, to have you do something, or say something other than what God says in prayer.  Don’t fall for Satan’s tactics.  There is nothing too small or too large for God to handle.  God is willing and fully able to answer your prayers.  The beauty is, that we serve a mighty God and He can take care of you at the same time that He takes care of all His other children’ needs and desires.  Pray always about all things in the Spirit and with your understanding on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.  Pray!

Prayer for today:  Father, you are the Mighty God.  Thank you for the privilege of praying about everything great and small.  In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
