What’s Your Purpose
Esther 4:14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
Bloom where you are planted. God has each of us strategically placed where we are at this moment in time. However, where we are is not an indicator that this is our final destination. There is purpose for being where we are. We are called to seize the moment. Esther had a choice to save herself or to save a nation of peoples, the Jews. She chose to seize the moment. Going to see the king, without being invited, was grounds for the death penalty. She committed to go and she said, “If I die, I die.” Paul declared that to die is gain for then he would be with his heavenly Father throughout all eternity. Esther stepped out in faith. God used her to put an end to Haman’s plot to completely annihilate the Jews simply because Mor-de-cai [a Jew] would not bow down and reverence him. You have a purpose and an assignment to complete where you are. If you are not sure what it is, ask your heavenly Father in Jesus’ name. Then listen with an attentive ear and the Spirit of the Lord will tell you what to do. Scripture tells us that the steps of a good man are directed and established by God so as to attain God’s purpose through that man. Let God order your steps; then step out in faith. You may be saving a nation or even your own life.

Prayer for today: Father, I ask you to order my steps. In JESUS name, AMEN.
Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
