Let the SON Shine Through

Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.

There is never any reason to walk in darkness.  Jesus came to enlighten.  Paul was well aware of this, which is why he prayed that the Ephesians church may be given spiritual wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ.  He asked the Father to enlighten them.  When things get cloudy or dark in your understanding or in your surroundings, let the SON shine through.  Jesus came to bring the good news of salvation, to heal the brokenhearted, to set free those who are held captive by darkness.  He declared His disciples to be the light of the world.  Therefore, as a disciple, the reason Jesus is continuously enlightening you is so that others may see the light of the SON shining through you to benefit them and to benefit you.  So you are commanded to arise, shine because the light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.   Let the SON shine through you.

Prayer for today:  Father I ask that my light will shine before men in such a way that they may see my good works, and glorify You.  In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
