I John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight

God loves you and me.  His commands are not burdensome.  They produce in us that which is pleasing in His sight.  Every command that God has given us is to position us to receive His blessings.  He commands us to believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ and to love one another.  Proof that He lives in us and we in Him is that whatever we ask according to His will we receive from him.  Get into position today by keeping His commandments.

Prayer for today:  Father, my heart is turned toward you to hear and obey your commandments.  I believe on the name of Jesus Christ and in my heart, I consciously purpose to love others as you love me.  In JESUS name, AMEN.
