Zōē

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

A shepherd is a provider and protector.  Jesus, the Good Shepherd, gave his life so that we may have life.  He alone is the giver of that zōē, God-kind of life.  The Good Shepherd resurrected the life for us that Adam lost. Now you can boldly say, The LORD is my shepherd and I shall not want for any good thing. He is my provision and my protection from the one who came to steal, kill, and destroy me.  As we are continually connected to the Good Shepherd, He will take care of us, preserve our lives, and give us the desires of our heart.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
