Faith: “Let Go and Let God”

Tug-of-WarMark 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

The beauty of faith is you do not have to try to figure things out or try to connect the dots, you just have to believe. Believing is trusting. Did not God say trust in the LORD with all your heart and don’t rely on your own understanding? Did not God say all things are possible to him who believes? Did not God say I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you? Of course He did! Doubt and unbelief are counter-productive and disrupts the flow of God’s manifestation of His solution for every situation you will face. There is an idiom that says “Let go and let God.” God never asked you to work out your problems. No, it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. He said to ask for what you desire according to His will and in Jesus’ name so that your joy may be full. Trusting God brings joy and peace. Yeah, peace that surpasses our limited understanding.

Prayer for today: Father, forgive me for I have tried to figure out what to do and have reached no successful resolve. Help me I pray to remove all doubt and unbelief and to trust in you in all things. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
