Making Difficult Decisions

Tough-Decisions-Ahead-Road-Sig-2II Chronicles 1:10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great?

There will be many difficult decisions that you will have to make. Solomon asked the LORD for wisdom and knowledge. There were two women who appeared before Solomon for a righteous judgement. Both birthed a son. While asleep, one lay upon her baby and smothered him. She arose in the night and laid her dead baby in the bosom of the other mother and took the living baby as her own. When that mother arose the next morning to feed her baby, she noticed that the baby was dead and that it was not her son. Both women appeared before Solomon for a decision in the case. The Spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, power, and knowledge rested upon Solomon. Solomon ordered that the living baby be cut in half so that each would have a part of him. The mother of the baby shouted, “Please don’t kill my son,’ …give him to her. Just don’t kill him.” Solomon awarded the baby to the real mother. Before making decisions, great or small, ask the Father in Jesus’ name to give you the spirit of wisdom and all that is necessary to know what Jesus would do in your situation. Then, take a bold stand and follow through with His instructions.

Prayer for today: Father, give me the spirit of wisdom, and revelation in the knowledge of Christ, so that I may make wise decisions. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
