Reframe Your World

Earth - Reframe Your WorldHebrews 11:3Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

It wasn’t that Abraham did not have a world.  His world revolved around Ur and his kinfolk only, but God wanted to help him reframe his world.  God wanted to prosper him spiritually, financially, physically, give him land to inherit, and increase his family like the sand on a sea shore.  “8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.  9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:  10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.”(Hebrews 11:8-10)  Change is sometimes difficult because we do not understand how or why change has to occur or even where we are to go.  My husband and I went to camp-meeting in Detroit last year.  When we left the church, we were not sure which way we should go to get back to our hotel.  We pulled over at a gas station, keyed the address in the GPS, and waited for it to give us directions. We waited and waited for the directions, but we didn’t get any.  It was not until we decided to drive forward that the GPS spoke the directions.  Faith in God is the same way.    It requires us to be in motion.  When we step out on faith, God will order our steps so that we will arrive at “that place” where we will have access to all the blessings He has prepared for us.  Allow God to reframe your world by stepping out on faith.

Prayer for today:  Father, I ask that you reframe my world according to your word.  When you speak, help me to step out in faith.  For I know that you love me and have my best interest at heart.   In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
