He Loves You

I John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. 

Everyone, great or small, rich or poor, young or old needs to know that he or she is loved.  Let me introduce you to a love that never fails.  He is the triune God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and Holy Spirit the Comforter.  God so love you that He sent His only begotten Son to save you.  Jesus so loved you that He willingly came, took your sins upon Him and died in your place to pay for your sins.  Holy Spirt willingly took up residence in you so that He could comfort you.  This is love.  There is no one who is so attentive to you during the good times and the troubling times.  There is no one you can talk to all the time and at any time about your deepest personal issues and still be loved unconditionally.   There is no one who has you on His mind at all times:  planning your peace, wellbeing and future, which He fills with hope and good tidings. You are loved beyond measure.  Selah.

Prayer for today:  Father, thank you for unconditionally loving me in spite of me.  In JESUS’ name, AMEN.
