Make an IMPACT!

Impace-Make-aMatthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Go and make a divinely inspired impact upon someone. Christ charged the apostles to go and to teach all nations (peoples). The apostles were to teach them to practice all the things He had commanded. Teaching is a verbal activity. Equally important is teaching by example. People will remember and learn to do what they see you doing. Teach them to live according to the word of God. The accounts of the teachings of Jesus are found in the Gospels. In First Kings, Elijah passed by Elisha, and casted his mantle upon him. Elisha accepted the call and Elijah began to teach Him. As a result of having a teachable spirit, Elisha developed biblical values, priorities and insight into eternal life with the Father. Having a teachable spirit is the first step in fulfilling God’s commands. At the end of Elijah’s ministry, Elisha picked up the mantle, received a double portion of Elijah’s spirit, and taught the people by examples. The charge to go and to teach has not ceased to exist. The expectation is that the believer will pick up the mantle and fulfill the commands of the LORD. After the apostles taught the peoples, they were commanded to baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Be encouraged; be bold; teach the uncompromising word of God in word and deeds; and make an IMPACT! As with the apostles, Jesus also promised to be with us always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Prayer for today: Father, according to your word, if I delight myself in the LORD, He will give me the desires of my heart. Father, I desire to make a divinely inspired impact upon everyone I meet, so that it will bring glory to you. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
