But God!

GraceAndMercy-3Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

The walking dead walked the earth with no hope of being made alive again. We were all dead in our sins as a result of Adam’s failure to maintain “The Life” in which was given to mankind through him. But God! Man is a spirit, which has a soul and lives in a body. Man died spiritually in the Garden of Eden because his soul (mind, will, and emotions) convinced his body to commit high treason against God. But God who is rich in Divine active compassion sent the gift of grace through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to save us. His coming made it possible for us to be made alive again, to give us hope and to restore unto us “The Life” eternally. One might ask, “Why would He do this for me since everything I have thought and everything I have done have been totally against Him?” The answer is simple. There is no other love greater than the love He has for you and me. Jesus came to give you His grace, which is a gift of great benefit. Therefore, you do not have to walk as one who is dead, but rather, one who is alive in Christ Jesus with all the benefits of the kingdom of God. Hallelujah!

Prayer for today: Father, you are the lover of my soul. You are the forgiver of my transgression. You are the giver of “The Life”. You are my God. In you, I trust. In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
