How to Succeed in Everything

Succeed 5-handling-success

Proverbs 16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.

Yes, it is possible to succeed in everything!  To commit in this scripture means to roll or to transfer.  What’s too hard for you is just right for God.  The Psalmist encourages you to roll or to transfer that work upon the LORD.  At the end of each lesson, I make this God inspired statement Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.  This statement is another way of saying roll or transfer your work upon the LORD and He will make it an easy thing by directing you and firmly establishing the purpose, the plan and the know-how to accomplish the work.  Not only are you to commit your works unto the LORD, but Psalms 37:5 tell us to “Commit everything you do [your ways] to the LORD. Trust him, and he will help you.” (NLT) Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that all work is geared towards kingdom work.  We were all created in the image and likeness of God, but that image and likeness was distorted by sin.  But now, born-again believers have a recreated spirit in Christ Jesus so that we can do the good things God has planned for us long ago.  Alone, your work and your ways will fail, but with the presence, power, and purpose of Almighty God you will succeed.

Prayer for today:  Father, you said you have plans to prosper me.  Therefore, I roll my works and my plans over on you.  Thank you for helping me to succeed.  In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
