You Can Get Rid of Them All

donkeysI Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

A mule was designed and purposed to carry heavy cargo.  You, on the other hand, were not created and purposed to carry the burdens that often times you choose to carry.  You were marvelously and beautifully created by God to carry Holy Spirit to help you.  Anything other than that is too heavy of a load for you.  Carrying around care is to say to God that you can manage your own life and that you do not trust Him to take care of you.  That kind of thinking is contrary to the word of God.  Your heavenly Father affectionately cares for you.  He loves you and me.  He does not say give Him some of your care (burdens) and He will handle it.  No!  He bids you to cast ALL of your care upon Him.  Care belongs to the LORD and He never intended for you to carry it.  Turning over every little and big care is an exercise in humility.  When you humble yourself under His mighty hand, God will lift your load and raise you up at the proper time.  Burdens are a part of your adversary, the devil’s arsenal designed to tear you down, make you age, destroy your faith and ultimately kill you.  But the LORD is able and willing to come to your rescue and sustain you if only you will cast those cares upon Him  Trust Him today and forevermore with them ALL.

Prayer for today:  Father, I thank you for my HELPER, who reminds me when I’m weakened to cast all of my cares over on you.  Thank you for loving me and caring for me and receiving all of my cares.  In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.

Love
