Let It Be Christ-like Accusations

Luke 6:7 And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him.

As the scribes and the Pharisees were watching Jesus to find an occasion to bring an accusation against Him, there are agents of Satan watching you to bring accusations against you.  Paul recognized that all things were lawful for him, but not all things were profitable for him to do because it might cause others to stumble.  As was Jesus’, your testimony, holiness, and lifestyle are equally as important.  There were followers of Jesus who recognized Him as the Messiah, Saviour of the world.  In the same breath, there are those who have chosen you as their mentor because they see Christ-like attributes living in and flowing out of you.  You have been chosen by God to walk worthy of your calling.  Let all accusations concerning you, be that you went about doing good and offering yourself as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God.

 Prayer for today:  Father, I ask that all accusations be that I went about doing good and offering myself as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto You.  In JESUS’ name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that. Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
