You Shall Recover It All, Part 2

I Samuel 30:18 And David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away: and David rescued his two wives.

God is in the recovery business.  When He recovers your family, your peace and joy and your stuff, there shall be nothing lacking.  He offers total recovery.  God’s recovery plan for David was to go to the place where the Amalekites were and to overtake them while they were eating, drinking, and dancing.  God’s plan is always better than our plan because His thoughts are nothing like our thoughts and His ways are far beyond anything we could imagine.  He will lead us down the right path to victory when we ask and obey.  According to God’s promise, David got back everything the Amalekites had taken.  “…there was nothing lacking to them, neither small nor great, neither sons nor daughters, neither spoil, nor any thing that they had taken to them: David recovered all”. (I Sam. 30:19).  Pray, trust God, then pursue, overtake, and participate in His recovery business to recover all that adversary has stolen from you.

Prayer for today:  Father, according to your word, I shall pursue, overtake my enemy and recover all that he has stolen from me.  In JESUS’ name, AMEN.
