I Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Paul wrote to young Timothy to encourage him to be an example of a believer.  Paul listed six things that all believer should be an example in for their own benefit, as well as for the benefit of others. Be an example: 1.) In word:  teach sound doctrine only; teach that the word of God saves. 2) In conversation:  Your conversation means that your whole conduct of life should resemble that of Christ. 3.) In charity:  The unconditional love of God should flow through you toward every man. 4.) In spirit:  Stir up the spiritual gift that is within you and allow Holy Spirit to be your guide in every endeavor in life. 5.) in faith: Know in whom you have believed; be fully convinced that God is able to keep you and like Abraham, do not stagger at the promises of God. 6.) in purity:  Come clean before the Lord.  David prayed for a clean heart and a renewed spirit.  Be the God-kind of example to other.

Prayer for today:  Father, I ask for help to be an example.  In JESUS name, AMEN.

Whatever you must do today, there is a grace for that.  Accept the grace and make it a sweatless day.
